Since the very beginning, the Cookie-and Wafer Company of Verden on the Aller has been a family enterprise. Now, it’s already the turn of the third generation. Since 1991, Anita Freitag- Meyer has been managing the company.
The Cookie- and Waffle factory of Verden has enjoyed a high-level certification for years in accordance with the IFS (International Food Standard). IFS-Audit passed for the 7th time in a row!
We produce about 130 articles in the product group “cookies and wafers” which are not only being sold under the brand Hans Freitag but also under the name of some of the most important trade organisations.
